Texas HoldEm Poker Fever

These past few days, when I go on-line, I immediately log-in my Facebook account (http://facebook.com/jeirmesina) and play Texas HoldEm Poker. I don't know what drives me or I mean "us" crazy with this game but whatever strategy Facebook has, it's really working.

So for account holders of Facebook try this damn addictive game. hahahaha.

Just so this day, I played poker and guess what just happened. I started at 21k and after few minutes I ended up having 105k. Ako naman, cherishing the momentum that I have, I risked more and more thinking that my hand is good enough to win. You couldn't blame me. I have three K's. And you know what happened next?? The moment I thought I would win and overtake Kyle's 125k, I just saw the chips at the table rushing in my opponents stack. I was like @#@!(@(*#(&(&#&$(&$#*)*)#!!!!!. Then I just knew that the red devil had a full house (3 K's and 2 9's).

I was so pissed that I immediately turned off my PC without shutting it down. Imagine that scenario. tsk tsk tsk

So now from 105k I ended up having 79.9k. I'll just try next time.. =p

a week of vacation due to AH1N1..

Five days of classes and here comes vacation again. Classes in the Faculty of Eng have been suspended until June 29 because one Eng student was positive with AH1N1.

The week of vacation should be spent for isolation but I don't think it would go that way. Many of the students would surely go out malling and partying. Who wouldn't watch the Transformers sequel on June 24??? Not us... hahahahaha

I think that this semester would not end up so good. Many suspensions of classes would happen because of the pandemic and also because of the weather. Yes, it would be nice not going to school, just sleeping and surfing the net. But on the contrary, our academics would suffer and surely we would rush through our studies when classes resume.
